Here at the Wall Sticker Outlet we want to make your shopping experience fun and convenient. Online wall decor orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Phone orders can be placed during business hours of 9am-4pm EST Monday through Friday.
If you require assistance outside of our normal business hours, please email customerservice@wallstickeroutlet.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Discover, Paypal & E-Checks. We also accept money orders and cashiers checks. Customer privacy and security are extremely important to us, please be assured that all payments made through our site are 100% secure, and at no time will your personal information be shared with anyone. Shipping
The Wall Sticker Outlet is proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders to anywhere within the United States! This includes both Alaska & Hawaii.
We are also glad to offer full service International shipping. International orders will be calculated with minimal shipping charges, as detailed below:
Canada - $9.00 flat shipping charge + $0.50 for each additional item.
All Other International - $13.00 flat shipping charge + $1.00 for each additional item.
International shipping will be done via the USPS First Class Mail service. Depending upon the recipient's country, delivery can be expected to take anywhere from 14 to 30 days - and in some cases sooner. International customers will be responsible for all duty, taxes, or tariffs that may be due upon delivery of your order. For additional questions, please check with your local post office to determine the full shipping regulations in your home country.
Delivery Time
Many of our items are in stock, but some will be sent via our artisans and may require a specific amount of time for delivery. Please see each product description for shipping time. There may also be times that your order contains items that will be shipped separately, and you will not incur any additional costs for this. If there are any delays with your order you will be notified promptly by email. We use several shipping carriers and reserve the right to choose the best one suited to your order so that you may receive your items as quickly as possible. If your item arrives damaged, please keep all related packaging and contact us within 7 days to arrange for a replacement.
Returns & Exchanges
Custom Orders: All orders of custom Wall Art are non refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. It will be noted within the item description if an item is custom.
We would like to make your shopping experience with us as satisfying as possible. If for any reason you need to return your item, you will be offered a refund, exchange or credit. Please follow the following instructions to facilitate a return:
• Please notify us by email or phone 1-888-557-0255 within 10 business days of receipt of order and we will give you a Return Authorization Number.
• Item must be received in NEW condition, with all tags/packaging attached.
• We must receive it within 10 business days from issuing the RAN, upon receipt of item, we will inspect it and issue the refund/exchange/store credit as requested.
• Shipping charges will not be refunded and are the responsibility of the customer.
• Items shipped with FREE shipping will have applicable shipping charges deducted from the refund/exchange/store credit.
• All sale items are FINAL SALE
New Product Submission
The Wall Sticker Outlet is constantly on the search for new artisans of wall decals, stickers, appliques, and other wall decor. If you are an artist with this type of product we'd love to see the designs you have to offer. Please contact customerservice@wallstickeroutlet.com for all wall decor product submissions. Include as much information as possible about yourself and your work with clear, high-resolution photos of your items. Physical samples are not required, but if they are available, please contact us for a mailing address.
